Seth Wilson
Football Representative
Seth Wilson, widely known as Coach Wilson, has carved an illustrious career in football. While he still intensely roams the sidelines, Coach Wilson seamlessly transitioned to a pivotal role in recruiting consultancy. Coach Seth Wilson has become a respected talent acquisition and player development figure with a passion for the game transcending mere coaching.
Coach Wilson’s journey began on the gridiron, where he showcased his prowess as a skilled player and strategic thinker. Graduating from the acclaimed high school football program at South Fayette in Western Pennsylvania, he quickly found his calling as a coach. His coaching career took off at the youth level in Athens, Georgia, while completing his bachelor’s degree at The University of Georgia, where he not only honed the skills of young athletes but instilled in them the values of teamwork, discipline, and perseverance.
“Big fan of Jeff and the work he and his crew at H3 are doing both in helping players mature in their thinking and find great fits at the college level but also in the community helping disadvantaged kids and communities. I’ve known Jeff for 10+ years now and he’s unique in this business. He’s doing things the right way for the right reasons.”
Finding the right college that balances sports and academics can be a challenging but rewarding process.
“Jeff is an exceptional leader and coach, with a true passion for helping others. His work with kids, through
baseball, has been inspirational both for the players he coaches, as well as the families involved. His
compassion and authenticity for his current and past players is truly inspirational. Both on the field and in the
front office, Jeff tirelessly works to improve the opportunities for his players and the communities he works
with. He’s been both a fantastic influence and advocate for my son, constantly demonstrating what it means
to “pay it forward,” while helping my son find the next opportunity that best fits his needs. I can’t recommend
Jeff high enough.”
– Nick Cafferillo, Father of Player Committed to Georgetown
“Jeff has passion for everything he does, whether it’s raising funds and working to restore an historic
baseball field or helping to connect kids with the right baseball programs. Coaches, parents and kids respond
to this passion and authenticity and want to work with Jeff. Jeff seems to have some connection with almost
every major baseball program in the U.S., and coaches want his opinion and respond to him. Equally
important, he knows my son and is able to go beyond the stats and address work ethic, cultural fit and love of
the game that coaches can’t see on a website or video.”
– Frank Winslow, Father of Player Committed to Yale
“Whether it’s in the boardroom or on the field, Jeff is a highly relational and collaborative leader who inspires
others to unearth the better version of themselves. He carries a healthy sense of curiosity about the world
which I think drives his pursuit of adventure and his desire for success. His positive energy and work ethic is
simply unmatched, as no one will outwork him and no one will care for student athletes in ways that will allow
them to be fully expressed in who they are as Jeff will. He’s the perfect balance of likability and capability. He
concerns himself with issues that matter such as, public service, civic engagement and social justice and
leaves inconsequential issues behind.”
– Tabitha Gray, Mother of Currently Engaged Student Athlete
“The recruiting process for high school baseball players can be very stressful for parents and their kids. Jeff provides a
realistic assessment of ability and uses his extensive network of contacts in the baseball world to help find the best fit
for any player. I would certainly recommend Jeff’s services to the family of any baseball player looking to continue their
career in college or beyond.”
– Chris Craytor, Father of Player Committed to Lafayette
“Jeff is a terrific guy who is amazingly talented identifying and matching developing baseball players with appropriate
colleges/teams. He responds quickly, thoughtfully, and thoroughly on a players capabilities and development path.
Highly recommend Jeff as a person in any endeavor.
– James Taussig, Father of Commitment to Radford/UT San Antonio
“The recruiting process for prospective collegiate baseball players can be stressful and daunting. Having Jeff
come alongside to help navigate my son from collegiate hopeful to recipient of multiple offers and finally to the
commitment decision that was right for him and our family was truly a godsend. Jeff’s experience, wisdom and
counsel combined with his extensive network of contacts and constant encouragement made all the difference
in the successful recruitment experience for my son and our family.”
